What a studio sends a client is how the client judges the studio.
Most proposals are a document somebody edits directly: change a fee in one place and it is quietly wrong in three others. Proposal Studio keeps the offer as data — the phases, the fees, what is actually promised — and produces the document from that, so every copy of it says the same true thing.
What this is
Proposal Studio is where a studio builds an engagement before it goes to a client. You describe the work once — the phases, what gets delivered, what it costs — and the proposal, the pricing schedule, and the terms a client will hold you to are all generated from that single description.
Nothing downstream is retyped. A total is computed, not copied. A payment schedule adds up to the fee it belongs to because it is derived from the same number, not a second guess written next to it.
Why not just write the document
A proposal starts as last time’s template. Somebody edits it for this client, changes a fee, and three pages later the total still says the old number — because nothing connects them but whoever remembered to check.
The fee lives in one place. The total, the payment schedule and the terms that reference it are computed from it, not retyped beside it — so they agree because there is only one number to agree with.
What it actually produces
Easier to show than to describe. This is the shape one phase takes once it has been modeled — the same structure every proposal here is built from.

There is no form to fill in. Sign in with your studio account — if you already have a seat, you land straight on your proposals. If you do not yet, your arrival is recorded and somebody here will see it; you will not need to ask twice.
